Role Overview :-
We're looking for a strategic, high-agency, execution-driven Product Manager to lead AI-led product initiatives.
This is a builder's role at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and cutting-edge AI. You'll turn ambiguous problems into experiences that feel reliable and effortless and you'll be rigorous about proving they work.

What You'll Do :-
- Own end-to-end product development and GTM for AI-first features and experiences
- Translate vague ideas into clear product roadmaps, PRDs, and shipped features, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, and AI engineers in cross-functional pods
- Experiment aggressively - run evals, A/B tests, prompt iterations, and model improvements
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs (precision vs. recall, accuracy vs. coverage, automation vs. human-in-the-loop) and articulate the reasoning to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the product in meaningful, non-gimmicky ways
- Define success metrics and drive user engagement, retention, and product impact
- Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and make grounded calls on what's actually feasible and worth building as the landscape shifts
What We're Looking For :-
- 3+ years of core product management experience, with a track record of shipping products in close collaboration with engineering and design
- Strong product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, and the ability to drive execution in ambiguity
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews, remotely and in person, with deep empathy for customer processes and pain points
- Hands-on experience designing evaluations for AI/ML systems - building eval sets, defining quality metrics, and reasoning about model accuracy. You know the difference between a demo that looks good and a system that's actually reliable
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, evals, recommendation, agentic workflows) - enough to scope feasibility and collaborate credibly with the technical team
- Genuine comfort with data; able to use SQL (or similar) to pull insights, build dashboards, and define metrics
- Excellent communication - you can simplify complex ideas clearly
- High ownership and bias to action - you don't wait, you figure things out and move fast
