Job description: HR Intern
- Managing end to end recruitment process for different roles
- Providing exceptional candidate experience and Great Stakeholder management
- Act as a point of contact between candidates and the company through effective communication channels
- Driving different engagement initiatives from conceptualisation to implementation
- Resolving employee queries & grievances on real-time basis
- Assist in special HR projects or initiatives as required.
Qualification:
- Post-graduate with degree/specialisation in Human Resources
- Candidate with experience in recruitment would be preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Open to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Ability to learn new things quickly and good grasping power
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in excel functions would be an added advantage
