We’re looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern who can work across teams, own data pipelines, and grow into a long-term role at FloBiz.
Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for supporting all departments by building scalable data pipelines, conducting in-depth analysis, and creating actionable dashboards. This is a full-time internship with the opportunity to convert into a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) at FloBiz.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support product, growth, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Write efficient queries in SQL and handle large datasets.
- Perform analysis and reporting using Python, Advanced Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to simplify insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work on real business problems using financial and operational data (EBITDA, CAC, accrual revenue, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Experiment with AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Google Spreadsheets.
- Comfort in building and maintaining dashboards.
- Basic understanding of finance/business terms like EBITDA, CAC, Accrual Revenue, etc.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
Good to Have (Add-ons):
- Experience with Snowflake, Metabase, Git, LeadSquared.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data workflows.
- Prior exposure to working with startups or cross-functional teams.
